somewhere in this place in water there is a spot of a spawn "info_player_start". If someone plays for pedo and has spawned here he/she can't move 20 seconds. water flow moves to her/him in the precipice. To survive if you pedo is impossible

I made a code suposedly teleporting pedobears if they spawn there a few days ago, but I did not actually test if it works correctly.
Is the problem fixed ?
